The Adventures of Fitch & Leedes

The story of Fitch & Leedes began right here in Britain, all the way back in 1583. The ship Tyger set sail from our shores, and aboard were two merchants in search of adventure and exciting new tastes. Their names were Ralph Fitch and William Leedes. In 2014, the artisans behind Fitch & Leedes tonics and mixers took their inspiration from these extraordinary men.

While the story of their lives played out like a romantic tale of adventure and exploration, even more inspiring for us was the intrepid and enduring spirit that drove them forward through the hardships of their voyage. We admire their determination to push the boundaries of their world. As a brand, Fitch & Leedes takes great pride in carrying the names of these two pioneers, and strives to embody both their intrepid boldness and their spirit of adventure.

— Jamie Shaw, Fitch & Leedes

From their Indian Tonic (voted the best in the world by a leading gin brand) to their Blue and Pink Tonics, everything Fitch & Leedes creates is designed to challenge the status quo. Not to mention, complement the spirit of innovation that drove the craft gin boom.

Fitch & Leedes was founded on the principle that our tonics and mixers should act as understudies to greatness – meaning they should enhance and highlight the intricate flavours and botanicals in craft gin.

— Jamie Shaw
