The beautiful Calyx Wild in our November Gin of the Month box is an all-natural combination of apple juice, warming ginger and beautiful hibiscus flower and we think it makes the PERFECT gin hot toddy!
The Hothouse Flower
50ml gin
15ml elderflower syrup
15ml lemon juice
150ml Calyx Wild
Slice of fresh ginger, to garnish
Gently heat your Calyx Wild in a pan. Once it’s warm, add to a mug or tea cup along with the rest of your ingredients. Garnish with a slice of ginger and serve immediately.
