Boozy Easter Egg Milkshake

50ml gin
400ml cold milk
4 scoops ice cream (vanilla or flavoured - strawberry, raspberry or chocolate would all work well here)
Squirty cream
Mini Easter eggs and/or chocolate sprinkles, to decorate

To make your boozy milkshake, simply add your gin, ice cream and cold milk to a blender, then blitz until well combined. To create an extra layer of flavour (and colour) you could also add a handful of fresh fruit; strawberries, raspberries or peaches would all be delicious.

To decorate your milkshake, dip the rim of your glass in water and then into chocolate or coloured sprinkles, squirt a little pillow of cream on top and then dot with miniature chocolate Easter eggs.

Optional extras:

For an added boozy kick and a pop of colour, you could also add 5-10ml of alcohol: blue curacao will create an egg-shell blue cocktail, creme de cacao (chocolate liqueur) will add a layer of cocoa flavour to chocolate shake, and raspberry liqueur will make your ginny pink milkshake sing! (You could also use flavoured syrups for the extra flavour and a lower alcohol level.)
