A beautiful and refreshing cocktail - made even better with March's Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin!
Elderflower & Rosemary Collins
40ml Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
20ml elderflower liqueur
20ml fresh lemon juice
1 dash of orange bitters
Soda water
Lemon twist and torched rosemary, to garnish
Method:
Add everything except the soda water into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake. Add the soda water and then strain into an iced Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and a torched rosemary sprig.
